Back pain is the feeling of discomfort and pain localized below the costal margin and above the inferior gluteal folds, with or without leg pain. Back pain is one of the great human afflictions. Strong muscles and bones, flexible tendons and ligaments are sensitive nerves that bring you a healthy spine and back. If any of these structures are affected by strain, injury or diseases, it will cause you pain or discomfort. We as physiotherapist will help in releasing tight muscles, stiff joints, correct posture and strengthen weak muscles.

Back pain is associated with pain or discomfort in the back of the body. It is one of the most common problems among adults and children. Nearly 80% of adults will experience back pain at least once in their lifetime.
Back pain is a situation you cannot take lightly. Many factors contribute to the problem of back pain. Spinal conditions such as Scoliosis, Slipped disc, Spondylosis, Spondylolisthesis, Ankylosing Spondylitis and so on. An accurate diagnosis should be made to identify the cause of a patient’s back pain.
Heat therapy is able to stretch and lengthen the muscles, increase range of movement and help you feel more comfortable. It's easy to do at home. However, follow -up treatment is needed if you suffer from chronic back pain.
Painkillers such as ibuprofen, aspirin and so on can temporarily relieve back pain. However, drug management must be advised in advance to avoid negative drug effects.
Using a “hands-on” approach on the patient, the physiotherapist will treat back pain by moving specific limbs to reduce pain and provide relief in the back.
